He makes his stoneware pottery using a distinctive salt-glazing process, which creates lustrous surfaces and fine textures; this enables him to make hightly individual pots in which to cook and present fine food.
Toff had always wanted to live and work in a country setting and the Old Forge at Conderton set amidst its own ancient orchard, has proved to be a truly inspirational location.
